MY. MAC. :3

I has it.

I'm writing on it right now.

OH
MY
GOD

It's beautiful.

I cannot WAIT to play Black Ops on it!
Or Bioshock!
Or Portal!!

Just wanted to let you all know.

I'm going back to school tommorow, so i'll be playing a little less, but i've gotten through the start of Fallout 3, and a bit further in Assassins Creed, so i'm making good progress so far.

So there will be some stuff to review soon! ^_^

I shall now go and play with my Mac.
In the dirty sense.

A Muthafuckin Game Review

Hello my fellow zombie smashers!
I have finished another game!

Yes, yes, i know, i'm just THAT amazing! Thank you!

However, this game is not one that i have been talking about very much.
This is because i didn't think i would ever finish it!

What game is this, you ask?
Well, it would have to be none other than...

This game has got to be the BEST game for breakups EVER.

The entire point of the game is to just shoot zombies and monsters. That's it.
Simple. And Easy.

Okay, now for the actuall review.

So, this game is part of the 'HOTD' series, which is basically just a Zombie shooter. It's probably one of the classic Zombie shooters, starting out as an Arcade Game a while ago. You've probably all played it before at the movies or the arcade or something.

When i first started playing this game i wasn't sure whether i was going to absolutely love it because of it's likeness to a Quintin Tarantino movie, or if i was going to absolutely hate it....because of it's likeness to a Quintin Tarantino movie.

I LOVE Kill Bill, and Pulp Fiction, and while playing HOTD: Overkill, all i could think about was the similarities the game had to Pulp Fiction.

Basically, HOTD: Overkill, is Pulp Fiction with zombies.

I would also like to say that this game is NOT for Children, or Religious people.
HOTD: Overkill is in the 'Guinuss Book Of World Records' for having the most swears in it that any other game out at the moment. It's swear count is around 202 worlds. Double that if you include 'muthafucker/muthafuckin as two words.

There is also LOTS of....unnatural....sexual content in the game.
For example, there is a real 'Mother Fucker' as the main villian.
I found this really quite disturbing.

The graphics....meh.
Not great, not exactly bad. Almost borderline bad. But...bareable.
There's not real storyline either, and it's a little creepy even.

But it's GREAT for blowing off steam and has a certain....zombie charm to it which makes it playable!

All in all, i think i'm going to rate this game a... 6/10.
Could have been done better folks, but it's good enough to play i guess.

Anyway, comming up for review next is probably Assassins Creed 2, so please keep watch for that!

It'll be good, tust me.

YOU MEN!!!

Hello.

I have been sidetracked.

Yes, yes yes, this is a stupid excuse, i know, but i have my reasons!

Social stuff has gotten in the way of my gaming.
My life is slowly falling apart, and not in the interesting 'climax' middle of the storyline way, more like the 'tragic ending' kinda way.

I'm losing A LOT of things i care about.

People have been dying, getting sick, IGNORING ME (nudge fucking nudge) and just nothing is going well at the moment.

However, there is some good news!

I have purchased Fallout3 and a game called WET!!
These games will be accompanied by the games 'Assassins Creed 2' and 'Trauma Center: New Blood'

I'm very exited to be playing these games, most of them are really really good.
From what i've heard at least....

Also, some other good news is that i've been saving up and have almost enough money to buy Black Ops for my PS3! FINALLY!!! I cannot WAIT to get it! :3

And, i now have a PSN ID
If you want to add me, please do, and make sure you tell me who you are and if you read my blog, cuz i'd LOVE to know!

My ID is - Little_Sister2

Yeah. BioShock. Shush.
I like it. :P

Anyway people, i am going to leave you my dearies, i'm going to go hassle my parents for the PS3! ^_^

Fill in and GETTING THERE!

Okay, super duper quick post just updateing you all on what i've been doing the past two weeks! A new, more detailed post will be comming soon (this means PICTURES people!), but i have to get home first and clean everything up on my computer. > . <

Okay, so first up! There are some v
ery big and important things that have happened!

. I got into my new school officially
. I got to Adelaide. Somehow. Without drowning. (YAY)
. I got a tan (FINALLY!!)
. I bought Assassins Creed 2 to replace Bioshock 2.
And......
. I bought a Mac.

Yes folks, a Mac.
Macbook pro to be precise.
For school.

HAH! Who am i kidding!?

Yeah it's for school, but you all know me!
If i can get Bioshock to work on it i am going to USE IT!!

So some new projects comming up soon are:

. Bioshock
. Portal (even though i can already quote GLaDOS....perfectly.)
. CoD: Black Ops (i'm still trying to decide whether i'll play this on the PC or the PS3. A lot of people say PS3)
And (maybe) MORE!

If i get payed!

^_^

Anyway, a quick update on my gaming stats!
I've been playing.....NOTHING.

Wait, that's a lie.
I've been playing Pokemon!

I got my 6th Badge! Yay!
I'm getting there!!

But that's about it.

Yeah. I fail. Shush. I'M GETTING THERE!!!

Okay, so thats about it for now my lovely little 8bit bites! I have to get off my sister's computer, or she's going to chop me up into little pieces with a spork.

Oh yeah. She can do that.
She's just THAT deadly. And no amount of playing Assassins Creed is going to save me from THAT.

Water, water everywhere, and not a highway to drive on....

Everyone knows that electronics and water don't mix well.
Which is why i have, once again, been deprived of my games.

I am quite annoyed.

We (we being me and my family) are currently on our way Adelaide to get away from the flooding up north. But because of all this flooding, all the roads are closed, we are currently stuck in Arrarat until the roads open up again.

So, i am stuck in a sleeazy motel, typing this up on my sister's school laptop, while i wait for Steam to finish upgrading and/or the roads to open up.

I am bored out of my mind.

Yes, i know, i should go get my DS or something and go progress in one of my many, MANY projects i currently have running, but no. I can't.
Why?
Because all of my stuff is in the back of my Dad's car, and he will NOT, under any circmstances, unload the car.

So, i am stuck in pure boredom for the next 13 or so hours.

Anyway, i will blog again when i get to Adelaide and have played some games.
I will also try to let you all know about the gaming scene in Adelaide at the moment, if i can! What everyone is buying, and what everyone is playing ect...
So keep reading my lovely little 8bit apples!!!

LDL: Now compleate with real Females! (fist LAN post)

Okay, so on Saturday, i had the very lovely pleasure of going to the Bunyip LDL: Lemon Death LAN. It was the BEST night, and i met heaps of awesome people, who i now love, and got to play a lot of amazing games.

I also got my kills up to 20 by the end of the night.
I'm not boasting, just saying.

Anyway, my review of LDL January 2011-

Heaps of people, great area connection, and some really great games played too.
You mix this with the fact that the players there were really talented at the same time, and my 4 cartons of 600ml Chocolate Milk, and you have THE winning combination.

However, i did NOT like the location.

It was dusty, and a bit grotty, and kinda hard to find (thank you JUSTIN for not answering my texts!), but for the amount of people there were there, it was a pretty good size, and we didn't seem to have much of a problem fitting everyone in!
Oh, and the fridge sucked. Just sayin. My chocolate milk ended up being WARM.
NOT HAPPY. > . <

Anyway, it's definatly a LAN i would want to go to again, and i urge you all to go if you're in the Bunyip Area next time! It was super fun, and it'd be GREAT to know if you're reading my blog (hint hint, nudge nudge)!

Anyway, until next time my lovely dears, go play safely, and try not to kill your teamates because you die if you do

Biggest Achievement of my LIFE!

Thats right, folks!

I somehow got onto a gaming console! YAY!

Anyway, that is NOT my biggest achievement.

This is -

No, it's not my slightly improved paint skills (shut up),

I FINISHED BIOSHOCK2!!!!!!!!!!

I faked a sicky today, got to stay home, and as soon as i woke up (for the second time, may i just say. Hey, work takes a lot out of me!), i ran to the PS3 and just PLAYED. For 3 hours. Non-stop.

AND I FINISHED!! ^_^ This deserves cake! Where is my congratulatory cake? You don't have it? Then go get me one!!

Anyway, i know what you're all wondering,

"What ending did she get? Did she harvest Delta or save him?!"

Well my children, the answer is - i killed Lamb. And i got to the surface, and harvested myself. So i got the sad ending where Eneanor lets you die and then sits with you and decides that she misses you.

I wanted the good ending with all of the adorable little sisters (Yeah, i'm a sucker for a cute little girl with demon eyes), but i ended up killing Stanley, Gil, and the 3 little sisters Stanley wanted. Stanley because....well....he's a douchebag. And DESERVED to die. And Gil cuz he WANTED to die, orriginally. I didn't want to kill Gil, but i did....i kinda regret it acctually. Juuuust a little.

Oh well, i guess...I CAN PLAY IT AGAIN!!! Or not...

Anyway, my opinion on the game?

9/10

The storyline is AMAZING, it's touching and makes you think. Because you have to make your own decisions whether to kill or save certain characters, it puts a real ethical point to the game as well, which i LOVE. The graphics are so good, i literally cried when i first played in on the PS3, it was THAT beautiful.

You get a lot of choice for weapons, such as a Rivet Gun, a Machine Gun, a Revolver, and my personal faveorite...

The Big Daddy Drill. ( which you can upgrade to the point where it is frozen and can freeze your enemies. TAKE THAT SPLICERS! BWAHAHA!)

The Rivet Gun is also quite a usefull weapon, for there's heaps of different ammo choices, all of which are quite affective.

Weapon-wise, the only things i DON'T like are how the drill runs out of fuel really easily, and it's hard to find more, so you better have heaps of money saved up when you get to the ammo vending machines, because you'll want to fill it up fully, and how the guns don't hold enough ammo (in my opinion).

The scatter the ammo ALL OVER the place, and you can't pick it up because you're already stocked up. So my suggestion is to save your money for drill fuel, and run on the ammo you find for as long as you can, or you'll just end up wasteing your money on the ammo you'll most probably find.

The plasmids, however, are another story.

EVE hypo in the game is LOW LOW LOW. And VERY hard to find most of the time.

The plasmids themselves are very good, but the fact that you run out of EVE so quickly really angers me. I'm a BIG fan of Swarm, Incinerate, and Freeze, but they take up lots of EVE very quickly. My least faveorite plasmid of them all (and it really shouldn't be, i know), is the 'Call Eleanor' plasmid. Yes, it's GREAT to have Eleanor to fight by your side, but it takes up all of your EVE, and if you've only got one left, you're going to have to do all of your fighting with only your weapons, which isn't really that fun now, is it? ;)

Now, i didn't really pay much attention to collecting ADAM with the little sisters, because of one simple reason-

SPLICERS

I have a VERY large hating for splicers, esspecially Houdini Splicers (dissapearing and re-appearing all the time! Make up your mind! > . < ), and when your Little Sister is collecting (or attempting to collect) ADAM, they swarm like mad! So i avoid at ALL costs collecting ADAM. Most of my ADAM came from when i rescued the Little Sisters, or while i was underwater (tip here: when you enter a flooded area of Rapture, look for the ADAM slugs. They are everywhere underwater). In all honesty however, this game was, in my opinion, the best game ever inveted. Even better than Black Ops. But then again, i'm no good at Back Ops.... > . <

My little gaming dream...

My dear friends, this is my little gaming dream....
This is the ALIENWARE M17X Gaming Notebook.
Note, i did not take this picture. I don't have one....yet.

Some information on this beautiful slice of electronic cake-

Processor: Intel Core i7-84OQM
Graphics Card: SLI Dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285M
RAM: 8GB RAM
Storage: 1,280GB
Screen: 17in (1, 920 x 1,200 resolution)
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Weight: 5.3kg
Dimensions: 405.89 x 321.31 x 53.59mm
Optical Drive: CD/DVD burner (No Blu-Ray > . <)
(all information from APC magazine January 2011 issue ^_^ )

Anyway, the only downside to this wet dream of mine (other than the fact it has no blu-ray) is the price.
I could buy 50 different consoles and still have money left over for the price of it.

I mean, who has $3,599 lying around the house when they're 16?! (yes folks, i know, that's A LOT of money for a slice of cake...even if it IS gormet cake)
I know i don't, and if i did, i'd probably be spending it right now.....

Anyway, so this is my dream. And this is NOT a reality at the moment. For funds are weak.
Feel free to donate to the "I want this NOW!!" fund for me! Even a dollar will help!

Jokes
I don't have the money to start up a fund. > . <

~

The continued dry spell.

Still havn't played anything.

I can't take this! I need to shoot something! I need to kill something! > . <
I hate it!!!

However, i'm now concidering investing in a Gaming PC. These are, unfortunatly, very very expensive though. And i shall have to do A LOT of saving....

Which i DON'T do...

Dilemaaaaaaaas! > . <

Either way, it will be the weekend soon, so i shall be able to play a little bit of bioshock hopefully!! Which is exiting!

But, it all depends on the rennovations (Yes, we're starting them up again), and if i go out or whatever.

At this stage....i don't know. :'(

Either way, i shall try and keep you all updated on my gaming statuses, now matter how boring or informationless they are... > . <

I'm going to fucking Big Daddy drill your head in!

So. I'm fucking mad.
I'm angry and hell.
Don't you DARE come near me, or you'll be freaking blown to peices.

Why? You ask?

Because i recently spent $5.00 on buying Bioshock for my PC via STEAM, waited 2 days for it to load, then had to wait another 2 hours for it to update and for my Dad to make me an administrator so he wouldn't have to put in a password for me everytime i wanted to play, and then, guess what?

The game ends up being jumpy.

That's right folks, fucking jumpy.
Like.....something that jumps.

I havn't played ANY of my games in 3 days because i keep getting kicked off by my parents, and my sister.
The reasons are as follows:

1. PS3-The PS3 is currently set up in my parents cinema and media room. I do go in there, and if they're out, i get to use it, but otherwise it's a no-go-zone. It's my PARENTS TV, and my Dad thinks that the PS3 is all his, even though my Mum says it the family toy. I am currently playing 3 games on the PS3, and have not gotten any further in them AT ALL.

2. Wii-The only game i am playing at the moment on the Wii is 'House of the Dead: Overkill'. This game includes Zombies, harsh language, and horror undertones. My sister, an unfortunate victim of the illness 'Aspergers Syndrome' (similar to Autism, but more mood related then physically or mentally effected), which can cause her to see and hear things. Because of this, i can't play my Zombie game around her, because it will scare her and make her hear voices/see things. ;> . <

3. Nintendo DS* -My sister takes it to play her Naruto DS game. Since she lost hers. And i WOULD go play my Zombie game during this time, but no, she has to play it in the same room as me. Freaking b***h. > . <

3. PC-Only game i have is Bioshock, and i already told you this story... '-_-

FML.

Fuck it with something hard and sand papery.

I just want to play my games. That's all i want to do.
I wanna kill some zombies/splicers/whatevers, catch some Pokémon, and run around as a little sack person.

Please, gamers, if you're reading! Please try to help me with my Bioshock PC problem as soon as you can! I would SO appreciate it. xxxooo <3

Aaron's Bedroom

It is large, and kinda messy. And the bed is in a veeeery strange spot. Right outside the door.
Which means that if you walk the wrong way, you'll stubb your toe on the corner of the bed while you try to get out of his room.
.......

Yes folks, thats right.
I did that. Shut up.

Anyway, so, Bioshock, Borderlands, Little Big Planet, New Blood, Overkill, SoulSilver. I need to finish THESE games BEFORE i go and buy any more, or i will have WAAAAY too many projects on the run at once, and i won't finish them all, or i'll be hogging the ps3, which i don't think my Dad will appreciate.... (> . <)

So, the current status on my games is as followed:

Bioshock2-Up to gathering the special plants for Gilbert, or "Alex the Great." I am currently regretteing spending all my ADAM on upgrading 'freeze', and not 'hypnotize', because he keeps throwing Big Daddies at me, and i'd really LOVE their friendship right at the moment. > . <

Borderlands-Just killed 9-toes, and am looking for bonehead. Acctually, scrap that, i'm attempting to kill bonehead. Proving to be quite difficult.

Little Big Planet-Up to level 'Get a Grip' by myself, however, my sister has been playing it while i've been out, so...she may have gotten it further. Will update soon.

New Blood-Still on first episode. Thanks sis. Hog the Wii much! :P

House of the Dead: Overkill-Okay, so i'm still kinda at the start, but here's the thing with this game. I can't decide if it's amazingly good, or just tacky. It's basically, in my opinion, Pulp Fiction with Zombies. Now i, personally, LOVE anything by Quintin Tarantino, but i'm wandering if this game is just taking it TOO far and it's just distastefull, or amazingly awesome because of it's likeness to a QT movie. I have yet to decide.

Pokémon: SoulSilver-First of all, i want to say a great biiiiiiiiiig thank you too cupcake, who i love with all of my heart for giving me this game. A big kiss to you Cupcake xx.
Anyway, so i've got 3 badges so far, but i'm attempting to raise my party so that it's more powerfull before my next battle. And i still have to figure out where my next badge battle is... > . <
But i'm getting there!!!

So, as you can see, i am a very lazy girl, with a lot of time on her hands. Shut up.
So far, out of all of these games, i think the game i'm in love with most at the moment is either Pokémon: SoulSilver or Bioshock2. I would say Borderlands, but because of the current stitch i'm in, i can't say that ;-_-

Anyway, i must be off, so i can go and harvest some ADAM.
